City Utility bills are due today.  A 10% late fee will be added for late payments, the first working day after the 10th. Payments may be made at the city office in person by cash, check or credit/debit cards.  Payments may be left in the secure drop box, after business hours at City Hall.  Payments may also be made online on the city webpage at https://swp.paymentsgateway.net/co/default.aspx?pg_api_login_id=uwbMuAQAGv  ($1.95 service fee added to cards)
