Fitness and health are vital to a long and happy life, and what better way to help you achieve that than to take advantage of the Fitness Center?

A very low cost annual membership (less than a couple of drinks at well known coffee busineses!), gets you unlimited 24/7 access to the center and all it’s amenities.

Run on the elliptical, work out your frustrations and energy on the heavy bag, or maybe you fancy some free weight lifting.  It’s up to you how you get moving, but you can do it here at this community based facility.
